Ann Holmes worked for two decades developing government-funded programs around outreach and leadership in partnership with community organizations in Ontario. In 2003, she founded Ann Holmes & Associates, supporting cultural change initiatives in the academy and the workplace. As the Principal Consultant, Ann contributes her expertise in education, entrepreneurship, and transforming culture, particularly with a focus on the workplace, education, and leadership. She designed and co-facilitated workshops on these topics with 2003-2011 Ontario NSERC leadership. Ann has facilitated sessions at national conferences and annual gatherings of professional societies across North America. Recently she designed and implemented a process for presentations at an international summit co-organized with NSERC.
